PARENTS

Dear parents,

Welcome to Chabad at FGCU- your child’s home away from home!

Here at Chabad, we pride ourselves for creating a 'home away from home’ for every Jewish student at FGCU. Our home is always open to any student, welcoming them with the warmth of family; without judgment. Through our diverse and dynamic programming, we strive to reach every Jewish student, to inspire a positive connection and pride to Judaism and Israel. We offer everything from weekly Shabbat dinners to engaging Jewish educational opportunities. We invite you to visit and experience first-hand the warmth your child experiences at Chabad. We would be delighted for you to join us at one of our weekly Shabbat dinners.

We understand that as a parent, there may be some worrisome moments while your child is away at college. That’s why we want you to know we are here. Feel free to contact us, introduce yourselves and let us know what’s on your mind. We’d be glad to assist in any way possible.

Chabad of FGCU is 100% financially self-sufficient and receives no outside funding from Chabad headquarters or elsewhere. We need your support to continue. Please partner with us and share our vision for a stronger and brighter Jewish future on campus.

Wishing you nachas from your family,

Rabbi Mendel and Shternie Gordon
