Our Mission:
True to the philosophy of Chabad, and guided by the love, inspiration and blessings of the Rebbe, the Jewish Student Center at FGCU strives to enable, assist, and encourage, every Jew connected to this campus to grow in their own unique way and at their own individual pace in the circle of the three loves: Love of your fellow; Love of your heritage; and Love of your G‑d.
At Chabad we believe that these three loves are the secret to a better self, a better community, and a better world.
Founders
Rabbi Mendy & Luba Greenberg
Directors of the Chabad of Bonita Springs, opened a Jewish Student Center at FGCU in 2010 to serviced the growing Jewish student population.
New Directors
Rabbi Mendel & Shternie Gordon
Mendel, an Aussie native, and his wife, Shternie, together with their adorable kids Mussia and Eliyahu and baby Shnear Zalman, joined the team as On-site directors in 2019 to expand the Jewish student center and create a home away from home for every Jewish student.
